4.Institutional, Custom, & Bulk Orders Custom Embroidery & Modifications: Orders featuring personalized doctor names, custom departmental logos, or specific hospital branding require approval of a digital proof before manufacturing begins.
Cancellation Exclusion: Once production begins on custom or institutional bulk runs, orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven
